1. Return Window Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be: • Unused and unwashed. • In the same condition that you received it. • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale: • Hijabs and headscarves. • Items purchased during a sale or promotion. • Custom-made or altered abayas.
4. Return Shipping • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like Chit Chats or Canada Post) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/Credit Card) within a few business days.
